1. Personal Information Collected and How
① On social login (Google, Kakao): email, name (nickname), profile photo, and social account identifier. ② Automatically collected while using the Service: watch history, favorites and likes, device and browser information, and access timestamps. ③ On paid payment: payment approval information (sensitive payment details such as card numbers are processed by the payment gateway and are not stored by the Company).
2. Purposes of Use
Identifying members and keeping them logged in; providing the Service, such as resuming playback; processing paid payments; sending service notifications such as new-episode alerts; preventing fraudulent use; and statistical analysis for service improvement. Marketing messages (events and benefits) are sent only to members who have separately opted in.
3. Retention and Use Period
Personal information is destroyed without delay upon membership withdrawal. However, information that must be retained under applicable laws (e.g., e-commerce contract and payment records for 5 years) is stored separately for the required period.
4. Provision to Third Parties
The Company does not provide users’ personal information to third parties, except where a request is made pursuant to law.
5. Outsourcing of Processing
To operate the Service, processing is outsourced to the following providers: Google (Firebase — login authentication; Google Analytics — service usage statistics), Kakao (Kakao login and sharing), Amazon Web Services and Vercel (servers, content storage and delivery), and a payment gateway ([To be confirmed — to be stated once the payment method is finalized]). Some of these providers’ servers may be located outside Korea (e.g., in the United States), and cookies may be used in the course of collecting usage statistics.
6. Users’ Rights
Users may at any time request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of their personal information, and may withdraw their marketing consent on My Page. Requests may be made via the contact information below.
7. Destruction Procedures and Security Measures
Personal information whose retention period has expired is destroyed in an irreversible manner. The Company implements protective measures such as minimizing access privileges, encrypting data in transit (HTTPS), and retaining access logs.
